Insurance:

·      Insurance would cost about 9000/year for artist studio with
screenprint & ceramics

·      Need a quote for insurance that sounds do-able before we are
comfortable signing / On signe pas, si y n’a pas de chance qu’on pourrait
etre assuré pour 900/an

·      Check for what insurance would be on common space / graphic design &
art space (without tools, etc)  - Val

·      We could have people coming into the space sign a form – saying they
understand they are not covered in case of harm, etc. if we don’t have
proper insurance

·      Look into insurance policies that other art studios have  - le
milieu, other collective spaces…



Space layout:

·      How to split hydro?

·      How to split common space use?

·      Transparency with finances, and paying per square foot and usage. vs
feel-it-out solidarity based pay-what-you-can

·      Spreadsheet – guillaume will calculate wall costs – laura will
calculate plumbing – mari will finalize drawings/plan

·      Mandate – have a meeting next week

Bail & Negos:

·      I zoned out, I’m sorry… does this need clarifying for those who will
be attending on weds morn?
