Hi everyone,

en pièce jointe le plan financier + building plan

This plan is based on the layout plan we agreed on Dec 3rd meeting. We 
might be able to include another space next to the bathroom i.o to lower 
rent
Pied carré louable : 943.21 ou 1068.21
Loyer de base : 1535.83
Loyer avec Hydro de base : 1847.27

In the meantime i,ve been switching rooms and ramps around again - in 
the svg file are the 4 different layouts that made the most sense. I 
will modify the financial plan accordingly to have different scenarios 
in the next few days. Guillaume I would like to go through your 
calculations - some of them are unclear to me...
