With two weeks left in the election, are you still waiting for your chance?



Dear Friend,

I don't have to tell you how much is at stake in this election. Imagine another four years of Gordon Campbell's one-sided agenda? I would give almost anything to stop that from happening and I am sure you feel the same.

Well, I am here to tell you today: 

WE CAN STOP THE CAMPBELL LIBERALS ON MAY 17th.

Gordon Campbell's performance in the Leaders' Debate showed that he can be beaten. Carole James put Campbell on the defensive all night. As political columnist Les Leyne said, "[Carole James] skated a few rings around the premier."

Since the debate, the Liberals are scrambling to keep from sliding. With less that two weeks left until election day, it's time to turn up the heat and build some solid momentum to election day!

Here are three things you can do to help:

1. Help your local NDP candidate. Elections are won riding by riding and we have a great team of folks who need your help. Please, contact them today to help volunteer. To find your local candidate, go to http://www.candidates.bc.ndp.ca or call 1-888-868-3637.

2. Make a financial contribution. The Liberals have raised over $6 million - most of it from the biggest corporations. But Carole and the NDP depend on ordinary British Columbians. If we all gave just $50 or even $100, we could match their fundraising and give us a fighting chance. 3. Help get the word out. We need to reach out to our friends, neighbours and co-workers and let them know how important this election is. I know I don't want another four years of heartless cuts and a government that doesn't listen. Come May 17th, I want to feel like I gave everything I could to stop the Campbell Liberals and elect New Democrats. This will be an historic election and you have a chance to be a part of it.
