[LabComm] A couple of points about usage...

Just got back from vacation and had a couple of moderator requests that
prompt me to provide some info about list usage.
 
First, you can only post to this list if you are a member, - i.e. - your
email address is part of the membership list.  An affiliate communications
rep tried to post a press release, but it did not get distributed because
their address was not on the list.  We can add additional addresses for
other staff, if you want to have someone else posting news releases, etc.
 
Second, you cannot post a message to the list by including
labcomm at bcfed.net <mailto:labcomm at bcfed.net>  in a bcc field.  This is
prohibited as a way to deter spammers who will often send their mail as a
blind carbon copy.
