Thanks to the chapters who filled in the doodle poll. This is to confirm March 27 at 7pm ET (4pm PT) for our cross-country check-up (sorry Rex) on Canada-EU CETA campaign work.

Subject: [Organize This!] CETA Cross-Canada Strategy Session - End of March (doodle poll)

Dear chapters,

Following up on the excellent Comox Valley letter on CETA to Christy Clark and newspapers, I’d like to propose a date at the end of March when we can collectively assess the state of play of the Canada-EU negotiations and, more importantly, share ideas on how to move our fight to the next level.

I hear from different chapters every week doing incredible work to build local/provincial movements against CETA and other corporate rights deals. I’m hoping a conference call at the end of March will inspire us to think about reproducing some of this work in other regions and brainstorm even more ideas.

I hope I’ve given us a good enough spread of dates and times, including weekday and weeknight, and some weekend options. I’ll be in touch again mid-March with a date as well as instructions on how to join the conference call.
