[Januaryfirst] Meeting next week

Hi all,

If we go ahead and meet at my place on Saturday @ noon, here's the address. It seems we have some positive responses, but let me know when we confirm.

1630 Salsbury Drive
one block east of Commercial and a few houses north of 1st Ave.

At our Streams of Justice meeting last night we decided to ask the Jan 1st collective if it would be willing to lead a community forum / workshop on FTAs: past and present FTAs, their political and economic meaning, and a short history of collective resistance. We're looking at Monday, Jan 27th @ 7:00 pm at the Grandview church. It would be just before the potential action on Jan 31st and so would prepare the ground for that event, whatever it is. If the January 1st collective could develop the workshop and presentation, SoJ would host it and help with the outreach for it. 

Anyways, a proposal for consideration when we meet.
