I'll be at the social housing coalition meeting tonight, so won't be able to make it. But count me in next wednesday.

Last meeting we did decide to continue meeting weekly and will be meeting at Rhizome at 7 pm (317 East Broadway). If we don't meet this week hopefully folks can pencil in next week and we can send any updates over this email list.

I brought up the January 1 Collective under the NAFTA discussion and it generated some serious interest and buzz about other possible actions. I'm in touch with an organizer from Quebec who wants to compile a comprehensive list of those opposing the trade agreements and the actions around the NAFTA anniversary. Pierre-Yves is with le Centre international de solidarité ouvrière (CISO - http://www.ciso.qc.ca/ ), a pretty damn cool social justice organization that's been around since the mid 70's. I'll circulate notes from the CCPA Trade & Investment Research Project (TIRP) meeting when I get the OK to do so from the conveners.
