[Januaryfirst] Good/bad news

Hey folks,

So, hopefully this isn't a big deal (could be taken as good or bad news)
but the people at the YWCA only booked one of the two rooms for us so our
capacity is not 90 people but about half that. There is another event there
at the same time but feel like if we get about 50 people there we should be
okay and will be easier to "fill" the event.

The room should be available at 5:30 though and is set up with tables and
theatre style chairs when folks arrive.
