[Januaryfirst] final banner / sign making tonight

hey folks,

likely can't make it tonight. Couple of things - please send
email/facebook/twitter/text reminders to people about the 1st. I know folks
are likely already doing it but would be great if we all are.

Also, in terms of the route it would be good just to stay on the busy
streets (granville / robson etc). I'm not certain we need to go to specific
locations as they will be closed but open to whatever people decide.

Would be great if someone from the collective has a short statement at the
beginning (really short) and I can follow up with Cease about opening and
saying a few words about the zapatistas/indigenous resistance off the top.
I think we should leave it at that for speakers.

Last thing, have we confirmed what we are doing? Is it a silent march? If
it isn't we might want to strategize about how to set a tone/create the
energy we want (chants, noise, etc).

Thanks folks for all the swag, photos of it look amazing and sorry can't be
more around.
