Hey guy's I'm on for the 13th - not sure if we need to meet before but agree we should make some kind of assessment. Maybe we coudl start with everyone saying what went well and what could have been beter.
I think we coudl have done phamphlet distribution better, also think having something there to hand out to everyone who came to explain stuff would have been good. also think we need to think about deliniating a 'free' pile zone. Biggest thing for me though was that we were not possibly verbal enough about the politics behind...not sure how we do this but some ideas about getting the underlying message out would be good - actually - maybe we should get together...
Can't do this weekend how about next weekend?
