I'm not an expert on parecon, its something I must learn more about. I'd
like to note that that site I posted the link to has a wide diversity of
views. Hopefully the links work today.

The reason I posted the link in the first place, however, is not to
discuss this or that "future society" so much as to point to how people
are, in some kind of focussed way, talking about "what next"? That's kinda
important to me, personally, since I feel pretty damned jaded. Hehe. I've
been in a variety of organisations over the last 20 years, fought in a
variety of struggles, always trying to increase the space where, to use
Marx's phrase, 'the complete emancipation of human qualities and senses'
... 'not only the five senses but also the so-called spiritual senses of
desiring and loving' can happen. That's still what I see when I look up to
the horizon, just the road there seems hazy...
