Just a reminder about this event on Saturday in Palmer Rd, Muizenberg. It's
a fundraising Dinner and Art Auction but you can attend either or both
depending on what tickles your fancy. There will be a real variety of work
on display, some of which will be sold on silent auction during the day, and
then a selection of bigger pieces to up for live auction at 9pm.

The dinner is at Dijo, and their food is truly delicious! Tickets for this
are R150 and can be pre-purchased from Theresa @ Dijo

 Communitree! is a creative collective of artists, healers and workshop
facilitators, working in a shared space in Muizenberg. It is an evolving
concept, valuing transparency, respect of individuality and responsible
pro-action.Communitree provides a nurturing environment in which the
unfurling potential of each individual can reveal themselves in a
celebration of creativity.

 We are on a magical mystery tour of evolution and if you are intrigued join
us for a day of creative fund raising, Palmer Rd Muizenberg, *15th of
August.*

We aim to collect enough money to allow us to put down the deposit for
number 37 Palmer Rd so that we can move in by 1 September and get creating!

The Communitree collective came about through individuals contemplating the
space up for let, simultaneously envisioning a kind of art, healing,
outreach hub. We have come together and Communitree is the vehicle through
which we are making this happen.

*Market: 10am - 5pm*

A colourful market of exciting stalls, children's activities, a ping pong
tournament, super cool raffle prizes, organic edibles and lively music for a
happy Saturday. Also a Communitree info stand where you can find out how you
can become involved. Ideas for stalls, activities or entertainment still

*From 7pm*

Invitation to view artworks up for auction. An eclectic mix of from a broad
spectrum of artmakers. A definite opportunity to add something new and
exciting to your art collection. Select artworks up for written bid
throughout the day.


*7 for 7:30pm*

Auction time! But first a dramatic taster of what Communitree will
offer -  Dance,
poetry and storytelling performance against a backdrop of artworks ready to

 And if your not already saturated with talent and buzzing energy then dance
