[Iyf-ct] Film showings

Always wanted to do outside screenings or roof-top ones. Can be a logistical problem: electricity, sound equipment and weather, but definitely something to think about for summer. Great idea, actually!

Excellent news! What about ideas for venues? Is it at all feasible to just project a film onto a public wall, as in something that can be seen and heard from the street, or a public place? Just a thought, if we're having difficulty with a venue and and also if those mexican films are only 30 minutes...

P.S. my friend / comrade Greg Berger, in Mexico, has done some new films
recently about Swine Flu (and industrial pigfarming) and also the
situation in Chiapas (where Zapatista-supporters are under seige).

They're in Spanish, etc. with subtitles, but they're reasonably short -
about 30 minutes, so it might be feasible to dub them to English.
