There is another from Grassy Narrows we should talk about. I mentioned to
Jess during our last meeting that maybe we can think about how to structure
ourselves moving forward. Some of the group (like myself) may not be in the
city in a couple months time, while others are stretched thin doing other
important organizing as well. I mentioned to Jess restructuring the group
so it has a paid leader that gets paid a small stipend and then uses the
remainder for whatever they see fit to do the work. Would be an excellent
way to recruit some talent and solidify some of the important work I think
the group is still capable of doing. Would love to chat more about this in
person.
