Hi everyone:

Thanks Peter for the minutes, Jess for the expenses, and Nikki for
contacting John. Looking forward to the next workshop. I contacted
Jaroslava to tell her about the donation and mentioned that workshop to
her. I thought she might be interested in attending. Hope no one minds.

Below is the email I was going to send out to workshop participants. Let me
know if you have any edits or if it's okay.

Hi everyone:

How are doing? Thanks for your patience as we organize the next workshop.
We are in the final stages of announcing the date, time, and location for
it. For now we wanted to let you know that it will be happening on a
Saturday afternoon sometime early February. We will be hosting John Henhawk
for a talk on language and power. We don't have any reading materials yet
and we are working to firm up the details, but we thought we'd let you know
to keep it in mind.

Expect an email soon with all the details. If you have any questions,
please feel free to send them along.
