This seems like a good event. Zach is a friend of mine and we actually used to do a workshop together
that included discussion of the two row, the nanfan treaty, the
haldimand proclamation, and the royal proclamation. I'm not sure if I personally would feel up to facilitating such an event though...
I think this is a good opportunity to support folks in guelph in doing similar work. I'm not that confident in my knowledge of the specifics of these treaties, though I might be interested in developing a workshop with someone else. What do the rest of ya think?

Hi folks
I'm with a small group of people
in Guelph trying to organise a workshop on the Two Row Wampum for the
March 22 to 29 Resilience Festival organised by Transition Guelph. (http://www.guelphresiliencefestival.ca/). We were in contact with the Two Row Times looking for workshop facilitators and they pointed us in your direction.
We're looking for a workshop geared toward environmentally minded
people who are open to or potentially interested in ideas of indigenous
sovereignty but who may not have a great deal of understanding when it
comes to some of the specifics. Is this something your group is
interested in, or can you point us towards someone who may be?
In terms of scheduling, the festival features workshops every
night and all weekend between march 22 and 29 but there are events
outside of that window as well. The dates we think would work the best,
because of the lowest number of competing events, and the availability
of the main venue, are Tuesday the 25 or Wednesday the 26th.
Let me know what you think,
thanks
Zach
