[Iswg3906.organizers] ISWG proposal and Doodle poll for next meeting

Hi all, I tried to send this message out on Sunday and just received a
message back from the list saying it's waiting moderator's approval. I've
unattached the proposal in case that's why it won't send through, though
it's only a word doc.

Please fill out the doodle poll as soon as you can. If you'd like to look
at the proposal (it was approved at last night's gmm) then I can send it to
you directly.

Hey all,

As you know, we have to re-propose the working group every year at the
first GMM in September. Attached is our updated proposal so take a peek if
you can before tomorrow and I will try my best to address any changes (the
GMM is tomorrow, Monday, at 5pm).

Folks should know that we aren't actually held to the proposal, and things
like the budget breakdown are only guidelines. This is more of an
opportunity for outreach and to let people know the kinds of work the group
does. Hope to hear your thoughts.

Finally, here is a doodle poll so we can plan another meeting within 2
weeks time or so (either the week of Sept. 30th or Oct. 7th). It's
important folks fill this out as soon as they can so we can start
publicizing the meeting to the new folks who have expressed interest.
