I have a funding request from Line 9 folks for an event on the 26th which hopefully we can consider that day.

This would also give us a chance to deal with the donation requests. Given the various things happening is people's lives right now it might also make sense to check back in about capacity for the next few months, as well as the status of the workshop series.

It seemed like Friday was a viable option last week so I'm going to suggest 1pm again at a downtown location--Ola?? Unfortunately on Friday I won't be able to offer our place as a meeting spot.

I hope this email finds you well today. The McMaster First Nations Students Association is excitedly in the midst of planning our events and activities for the upcoming year and is organizing and hosting another Welcoming Powwow for Thursday September 26th, 2013. This educational and welcoming Powwow is now in its fifth year, and is certainly our favourite event of the school year. We feel this is a wonderful event for the university community as it promotes not only Indigenous cultures but also the sponsoring bodies, fostering an atmosphere of support and acceptance across campus.  It is our hope, that this is an event that helps welcome and unify the Indigenous learners and allies of all disciplines at McMaster.

I am writing this email in the hopes that your organization might consider helping to sponsor this event.
