This funding request came into the email account. Just wanted to share it
with everyone. Not sure where the remaining budget is at, but perhaps we
can put forward some money for this project?

Attached is a funding request and budget for an upcoming grassroots media
production - a short, documentary style film resource to be used in the
burgeoning anti-pipeline movement. This film will act as a resource to
quickly and accessibly educate Indigenous and non-Indigenous people who
will be affected by the Enbridge Line 9 pipeline expansion project, as well
as the proposed Energy East TransCanada pipeline. This film will use an
anti-colonial lens and focus on Indigenous resistance to pipeline
development, showcasing the perspectives of land defenders from Athabasca
Chipewyan, Aamjiwnaang, Six Nations of the Grand River, Kanehsatà:ke and
Elsipogtog First Nations.
