Dear Co-op Members,

This year's Annual General Meeting is being held on Wednesday, Oct. 16,
2013, from 7pm-9pm, and you are invited to attend. This is your annual
opportunity to exercise your democratic rights as a co-op member, and vote
for the board of directors. There will be three meeting sites again this
year, in Kitchener, Hamilton, and Guelph, all connected via video
conference.

should you wish to review it prior to the meeting. In addition to the
meeting agenda, it includes proposed by-law amendments that will be voted
on at the meeting. The 2012-13 Audited Financial Statements will also be
available at the meeting, or contact the office to request an electronic
copy in advance.

We appreciate your RSVP for this event, and there are a few ways to do so.

*We require 49 members to attend to meet quorum (5 per cent of membership).
Please let us know you are planning to come!*

Refreshments will be provided at all locations, and door prizes will be up
for grabs. Meet and greet will start at 6:30pm, with the meeting starting
at 7pm.

Please note this is a scent-free event.

 Hamilton: McMaster University (main campus) - Michael DeGroote Centre for

Guelph: University of Guelph, Rozanski Hall (ROZH) - Room 106

For members in St. Catharines, please let us know if you would like to be
part of a carpool to the Hamilton location, as we were unable to secure a
room locally this year.
