yeah, why don't we say cupe office for the first meeting if others don't mind the trip to campus.

Hi folks:
Thanks for the heads up, Jess, and for setting up the Doodle. Yes, I will send out a reminder to new people but I think it might be useful to have a venue first. Also, if folks want to send me agenda items I can organize that as well. I think returning to the visioning document is an excellent idea for an agenda item.

I'm wondering if people think it would be okay to host the meeting in the CUPE office? We could purchase some bus tickets for those who do not have a pass, making it accessible for community members? Seems sort of burdensome on people to have to host in their homes. Yet downtown seems like the best spot, if we had a regular, free meeting space. Maybe the CUPE office combined with bus tickets is a good compromise.

Thanks,
Tony

At the next meeting we can sort out a standardized time going forward for the fall term at least. That way we can input from the new folks who come out on their availability as well.

Peter and I thought one thing that might be helpful to do is return to the visioning document to talk a bit about the priorities of the group and to also give ourselves a chance to work on it again. What are others thoughts?
