[Iswg3906.organizers] Sundance Ceremony request and budget

Hi all,

As per our talks the other night, I'm sending around the donation request
and budget from Danielle and Valarie King. It would be great if we could
make a decision by Tuesday, since I am on campus again then and could
submit the expense form.

I've just updated our budget with the expenses from last meeting and we
have approx. $2550.00 left. Our budget is also attached so folks who
weren't at the last meeting can see what donation decisions were made.

For clarification, the $1500 figure of funds remaining that we talked about
previously was taking into account an earmarked amount of $1500 for
carshare expenses from April-Aug. Since that number is a bit outdated (we
have paid $230 into carshare so far and have June, July, Aug as remaining
months to pay for), I think it makes sense to either estimate another
amount to earmark or just factor in carshare expenses into the budget as we
go.

Hope this isn't too confusing. If anyone needs clarification or further
updates from last meeting, just say the word. :)
