[Iswg3906.organizers] next workshop

I'm in favour of meeting if possible.  It seems like we aren't getting
anywhere deciding dates over email.  The afternoon of the 18th no longer
works for me, though evening would be a possibility.  The last saturday of
January would also be fine.
