Please note that I have now seen the DVD being passed around by Kevin 
Annett. This DVD basically uses the names, likenesses and words of 
Indigenous Peoples, thus associating people with Annett who have no 
desire to be associated with him in any way, without their permission. I 
cannot speak for all on his DVD, but I can speak for ME (I am shown in 
one of the shots of the Tribunal 10 years ago), Harriet Nahanee is shown 
repeatedly and I KNOW she never gave her consent and indeed took serious 
exception to Annett's machinations, I KNOW Dennis Tallio did not give 
his consent, I KNOW Dr. Robert Ward did not give his consent and about 
others featured on his DVD, I do not KNOW about them.

This DVD is particularly disgusting in that real victims, real issues, 
real stories of real pain are basically used as token "stage props" to 
showcase Annett and his megalomania, narcissism, paranoia and supposed 
trials and tribulations as a White Savior (no mention of being supposed 
"Metis" with the name "Eagle Strong Voice" in the film and all 
references to him by others are to him as a white person even in his own 
film).

And in my case, with my picutre used without my permission, why would 
Annett leave in the film someone--ME--he has publicly called an "RCMP 
Agent" and "United Church collaborator in genocide cover-up? Those who 
have read my Tribunal Findings (I am the only Tribunal Judge I know of 
to write up my findings and conclusions about the Vancouver Tribunal) 
and my other work can form your own conclusion about how "soft" I am on 
the subject of genocide and its cover-up.

What is sad in all of this is that on some subjects, Annett's "words" 
are correct as far as they go. All predators like Annett know how to use 
some truth and truths as leverage to go somewhere else beyond where the 
truth goes and to sue some truths as leverage for their own 
self-aggrandisement, agenda, narcissism and megalomania; that is what is 
going on here.

I for one will sue or at least have serious words with anyone showing 
that film that uses my face without my permission and even against my 
vigorous protests. I am not associated with Annett in any way. Further 
in that film, you will see an Elder doing smudging with an Eagle 
feather. That is Dr. Robert Ward, a Tsalagi ("Cherokee") Elder and 
Shaman (real one) who was slandered by Annett in an email to me (I can 
make a copy available to anyone requesting it) absolutely without his 
knowledge or consent (his view of Annett was the same and earlier than 
my own). I do know that
