TYENDINAGA MOHAWK SHAWN BRANT BAIL HEARING
AUGUST 10 AT 10:00 AM IN NAPANEE ONTARIO CANADA


We were asked to send out to all of our contacts
that we can, from Shawn Brant's wife, that as
many people that can come to the bail hearing
in Napanee Ontario at 97th Street Courthouse
to show our support would be greatly appreciated
by his Children, his wife, his mother, his family,
and all his brothers and sisters here in Tyendinaga
...I know many of you are far away, but if you can't
make it, please forward this email to those you know,
who may be able to make it.

Social being called for Saturday night,
August 11th, After Pow Wow:

We here in Tyendinaga are still standing strong.
The site at the Quarry is still being held.  It
has been beautified, cleaned and kept going
and will continue to be standing strong for
sometime to come.  We need your continued
support for the people who have moved in to the
quarry on a full time basis, in any way, of food,
donations, or supportive words.

We visited the site last night for the first time
since we left home to go to South Dakota on July 4th.
We went to Sundance in Pine Ridge.  There, our
friend who took part in the sundance put down prayer
ties and danced in the heat for four days, and
said prayers for us here in Tyendinaga.  For
that we say thank you Nia:wen...

When we finally got home, we went to the site and
we saw peoples' spirits up and soaring.  Everyone
took so much pride in making the site a beautiful
place for families to bring their children... there
is a beautiful playground, even with a trampoline.
We were blown away with so much progress, even though
Shawn was removed, they all kept their spirits
high.....

Please come and join us....Our pow wow is this
weekend and they want EVERYONE to come and camp
out at the QUARRY site.  Bring your tents, sleeping
bags, coolers and food.  It's free to camp
there.... and come to the big Social we are
going to have Saturday night after the pow wow...

It's going to be an amazing weekend!!!!
