[IPSM] INAC representative at McGill this Thursday

This Thursday afternoon, a representative from INAC will be at McGill 
University speaking about a federal government recruitment program.  
While she will not be speaking about the Department of Indian Affairs 
in particular, I wonder if this is an event worth attending in order to 
raise pertinent issues, distribute literature, etc.
