[IPSM] ottawa protest?

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know about a protest happening outside Indian Affairs on
tuesday? I've been abusing their free photocopy services lately, and the
staff told me that the buildings are shutting down to visitors on tuesday in
preparation for it. But they had absolutely no idea what is was about.
