QPIRG Concordia Open House and AGM, Thursday,
December 1st, 6pm (open house) and 7pm (AGM)

Attend the Open House and Annual General Meeting.

The Open House is from 6:00 pm to 7:00 at QPIRG, 1500 de Maisonneuve W.
room 204 (food provided).  The Open House is a great way to get involved
with projects, recruit new members and advertise your group’s activities.

The AGM will start at 7:00 pm. At the AGM we will elect the board of
directors, and discuss the organization’s direction for the year.  We need
a minimum number of people to hold the meeting, so it’s really important
that we have as many people as possible (bring friends!).

The Open House is a child-friendly event.  The AGM will have childcare if
needed – please give min. 24 hour notice. bus tickets available

The QPIRG office is fully wheelchair accessible.

* Everyone is welcome.  However, you must be a member to vote.  Membership
criteria: Concordia Arts and Science, Fine Arts, Engineering, Computer
Science, Independent Undergrad Student –or- have volunteered at least 10
hrs in the past year at QPIRG or with a QPIRG project or working group,
solidarity group or affiliate group – or –have paid $10 membership fee.
