[IPSM] agreement, too many daily e-mail msgs.

Yes, I am in agreement with Dana in trying to reduce
the amount of e-mail messages, though I do try to read
every mailing or at least skim through the e-mail
messages.

There seem to be at least two IPSM mailings a day.

Wow.

Perhaps people can coordinate their messages to be
sent out together somehow, or on one day?  Just a
suggestion.
