[IPSM] SHIT: Drilling slated for Alaska oil reserve lands

I had the location wrong, and should correct it. This is south and inland,
Athabascan territory, not the ANWR areas in the north coast of Alaska, where
the Gwitch'in reside. NPR-A lands are also migration routes, less than
calving areas that are again, in the ANWR land areas.
