While the Canadian government is attempting to legislate extinguishment (and 
extermination) of aboriginal title to the territories of several Indigenous 
nations and communities (as in Kanehsatake with Bill s-24), the government 
is also legislating extermination (i.e. genocide) through Bill C-31, which 
defines who is an "Indian".  This is not "peaceful integration" into 
KKKanadian society - this is a continuation of the Kanadian government's 
racist and genocidal policy to exterminate Indigenous peoples.  The Congress
