Drummers needed. Bring medicine, water and snacks for the weather and
our elders. 

I am a band member of Sipekne'katik and currently residing in Ottawa
Ontario. 
We must make a stand against the blatant racism, terrorism and injustice
happening in Nova Scotia. 
Non-indigenous fishermen burned our boats down. A lynch mob if 200
non-indigenous fishemen people trapped two indigenous fishermen inside a
lobster pound and torched their truck while RCMP stood by, and not until
us Mikmaw took out our phones did they step it to extinguish the flames.

Our Cheif Mike Sack was Assaulted in front of police! Do they have no
honor? 

As the non-indigenous fishermen promised, they burned down the lobster
pound. 
Non-indigenous fishermen littered the ocean by cutting our traps and
making the conservation argument invalid. As this disrupts the natural
ecosystem in the ocean floor. 
The DFO Fishers and Oceans Canada encouraged this behaviour. They have
NO RIGHT to determine what a moderate livelihood is when they encourage
the pollution of the oceans. 
We indigenous are protectors.
