[Indigsol] Peoples Social Forum, Aug 21-24 Ottawa

The Peoples Social Forum is set to begin this coming Thurs, Aug 21st

It is 4-day gathering of thousands of people from across the country,
featuring over 500 workshops/presentations and a host of many other diverse
activities. Website: www.peoplessocialforum.org


We're aiming to send another message out, in a couple days or so, that will
highlight the parts of the program most aligned with IPSMO's priorities,
but for now this is just a general notice of a few key things.



On Wednesday, the final full program/schedule was finally released. It is
in the form of a 48-pg PDF file you can browse through online or download
to your computer. Here is the link:

They are also desperately seeking more billeting offerings from people
living in Ottawa/Gatineau - the last numbers had approximately 200
attendees from out-of-town not having a place to stay yet.
