Celebrate Canada’s endorsement of the UN Declaration with peoples from
across the country by creating and carrying an enormous banner from
Victoria Island to the Human Rights Monument via Parliament Hill.

10:00 am – Gather on Victoria Island
11:00 am – Opening Ceremony
11:30 am – March to Parliament Hill
Noon – Parliament Hill
1:00 pm– Human Rights Monument on Elgin
