For this study group, we will be looking at the use of police
infiltration, specifically in regards to the American Indian Movement.

Police infiltration can be done to gather surveillance, subvert the
direction and organizing of activist groups, and provoke activists into
illegal activity (and thus land them in prison).

We can deepen our understanding of police infiltrator activity by looking
at past instances of this phenomenon.
