[Indigsol] Support 6 Nations and Tyendinaga - court dates to know about

Greetings

At the Peace and Friendship Gathering held at Chiefswood Park, 6 Nations
grand River on August 23-25, 2008 it was identified that ongoing legal
support is an important and necessary part of solidarity work, and we are
working hard to make sure that as many supporters as possible know about the
court dates in order to plan accordingly.
Other forms of support are needed including financial contributions. If you
are interested or able to donate please lhenderson at resist.ca and you will be
informed as to where donations can be made.
Below are known court dates for folks from 6 Nations Grand River,
Tyendinaga, and supporters who have been arrested while doing work on land
reclamation.
Sept 12 - Bail Hearing for Taylor Smoke (Cayuga)

Sept 15 - Judicial Pre-Trial for Skyler Williams and Byron Powless (Cayuga)

Sept 17 - Applications to Quash the charges for some of the "Stirling 9"
(Cayuga)

Sept 18 - Judicial Pre-Trial for all April 24-26 arrestees from Tyendinaga
(Napanee)

Sept 22-24 - Preliminary Hearing for Byron Powless (Hamilton)

Sept 25 - Remand date for Brantford arrestees (Brantford)

Oct 21 - Remand date for Alex Hundert (Brantford)

Feb 27 - Trial for Dawn Smith (Cayuga)

March 2 - 6 - Trial for April 24 "mischief" arrests at Tyendinaga (Napanee)

March 16-17 - Trial for Steve "Boots" Powless (Cayuga)

March 23-27 - Trial for Skyler Williams (Cayuga)
