Sounds great. Once again I have to send my regrets that I cannot make it due
to being in Toronto until next week.

 

It is very exciting to see our group taking on multiple events already!

Reminder of our meeting Tuesday at 6pm at Jack Purcell

Note: starting next week, Jack Purcell is a lot more booked as their fall
programs are starting. I will attempt to find out from them all the open
spaces they do have, so that we can go about choosing when we will have
future meetings (if we want to keep having them at JP)

Updates:

The movie screening is a go ahead, booked Wed Sept 10 from 7-9pm at Jack
Purcell

The musical fundraiser evening is Fri Sept 12 from 8pm on, at Umi Cafe, and
the walkers will be in attendance and telling some of their personal stories
as part of the evening

Promotional posters will hopefully also be available for tomorrow night, and
an email callout for the events should be on its way soon - courtesy of the
promotions working group.

The events are also included in this monthly printed event listing, online
at http://linchpin.ca/files/sept2008events.pdf (copies will be available
tomorrow night)
