[Indigsol] algonquin of barriere lake coming to ottawa

some algonquin from barriere lake will be coming to ottawa on may 28th. 
the PGA is in touch with one of their supporters and will let us know what
they are planning.

so far the main idea is to have a first meeting of potential supporters
for the barriere lake algonquin on the evening of the 28th. i will let you
all know more when i know more.

fyi: the barriere lake algonquin have been fighting to keep their
traditional government (not sure if government is the best word) against
continued attempts by the canadian government to replace the traditional
government with an unelected and co-opted band council.  the conflict
centers over an agreement entered into by the provincial and federal
governments and the barriere lake algonquin over 18 years ago.  the
supreme court has stated that the agreement is equivalent to a treaty, but
the canadian government has done nothing to comply with the treaty it
made.
