Hello everyone,

I hope you're all well!

On May 29th, there will be a National Day of Action in Support of the First
Nations. I have collected some information from various groups regarding
stuff going on in Ottawa. I will be out of town until June 15th, but it
would be great if someone was interested in linking up the the following
groups for some IPSMO action.

The OCAMU group seemed kind of interested in linking up- there were two
people interested in organizing a bike ride to McGuinty's office. In the
meantime, another event has been planned for the 29th (below). It seems to
make sense for IPSMO to join up with this instead.
The next OCAMU meeting is May 21, Rm 156 at the National Library and
Archives. I do not know the time- please contact Karen Hawley for the at <
khawley at nupge.ca> for that. It would be a great place to talk about the
event, distribute posters, and keep up with what is going on with their
front. Karen was also interested to hear about anything IPSMO's joining for
May 29th. She has links to unions who were interested in participating.
Matt- please let PGA know about the event below.
Michael P.A. Cheevers <campaigns2 at sfuo.ca- (Student Federation of the
University of Ottawa) he is interested to know what IPSMO is doing for May
29th. He was looking to co-organize an event for the day. Angela M. sent
around his message earlier. Please reply to him.
