[Indigsol] Working Group Budgets

Hi Working Groups,
A few announcements! Hope you are all well!

2) WG responsibilities liaisons/ event announcements
3) Atrium tabling


1) Budget Info
The board has decided to give working groups a budget of $150.00. You can
use this money as it relates to your working group mandate. This said we
hope that folks will be conscious in their spending. For example there may
be resources already available in the OPIRG office (markers, tape, mugs,
cutlery, containers and even more obscure items).

Receipts are required for purchases. If your group decides to use your
working group money to offer an honorarium or something else less straight
forward that a shopping expense please notify me and I will pass the info
along to the board (or the board directly).

If you are not sure whether a potential expense would be covered by your
budget line feel free to approach me about it before spending.

Also if individuals are not able or wanting to front the cash for expenses
there is the option of getting an OPIRG cheque in advance.

2) WG responsibilities liaisons/ event announcements
Please remember that your updates about events, meetings and so forth can be
sent to me to be put on the calendar and in the Wednesday Weekly.  If your
group hasn't provided the board with a board and financial liaison please do
so.

3) Atrium tabling- for Eco -Fair
OPIRG will have a table at the ECO -fair Tuesday and Wednesday of this week
from 10-4pm. There will be general information about OPIRG and the working
groups. If any working groups want to provide info on how your group's work
is related to eco issues feel free. You are welcome to stop by the table and
discuss the eco-ness of your working group with folks walking by. There is
only on OPIRG table so we should be easy to find.
