[Indigsol] IPSMO minutes

Hello everyone!

I was too lazy to type out the meeting notes so i just scanned them.  Unfortunately i couldn't convince the scanner to copy the first page properly...so it's upside down.  If it's a disaster just let me know and i'll actually spend the 5 minutes it takes to type them out.
