*IPSMO Minutes- January 21st*

*IPSMO Write-up for Rocking Against Harper*

-Jeff will contact Matt and Andy and they will distribute the submission to
the list this week



*Movie Night*

- February 12th has been cancelled (due to schedule conflict with no-2010
kick-off campaign)

- Andy made a list (can you circulate it to the rest of the list)

- We could try to watch the movies and make an Ideal Movie List
- Rachel is looking for "Invisible Nation"
- there is a comedy movie that will be tracked down

- Angela M. will book room



*Lunch with Jim Harding*

-Yes, Friday January 25th (THIS FRIDAY) 1h-2h30 215 Tory building (capacity:
21 ppl)

- Matt k will do the poster and send it Monday

- Volunteers needed to post the posters (copies can be picked up in OPIRG
office)
- Matt k will announce event in environment classes
- Angela s will do an e-mail call out to related university
faculties/professors and send writeup to Carleton Communications
-Matt m-b and Angela + others? Room set-up at 12h30

- Rachel will give Thank you card to Angela S
- Angela m sent write-up to list, a few additions need to be made



*Proposed Project: Workshops in schools on uranium (Angela s)*

-with Naomi (Poll?) and anyone else who is interested

-Make presentations in schools on uranium mining (with the info that IPSMO
has)

- Alternatives school interested, Naomi has a bunch of contacts too

- Funding from IPSMO? (if school buses needed)



*Native Youth Movement update from Matt k*

- Time change – Feb 1st at 5pm

- Volunteers needed to post posters

*Walking Tour Update from Jeff*

- Matt k will talk to PGA, to see how much info they have
- IPSMO still on
- we will have an IPSMO + PGA meeting at some point to get everyone on the
same page


*Adding People to E-mail list*
-Matt m-b is an administrator, he will add new members to the mailing list

*Next meeting*

- Suggested date and time: Tuesday January 29th at 6h30pm at Exile

- Need keys of Exile- Matt K expects he can provide those.
- IPSMO meetings will alternate (afternoon-evening)
