Hey folks

The room booked is 416 SA (Southam Hall).
It is booked from 6:30-10pm
it has rows of desks and swivel chairs that do not detach.

For the VCR equipment there are two options- both cost money

1) pick up a tv and VCR on a stand from IMS in the Loeb building. This will
be about $36.00 and someone will also need to return it before 10:30. This
would be good if you aren't expecting a lot of people because it is cheaper
and because the tv screen is not enormous like the projector screens in many
class rooms.

the other option

2) Use the large screen in the class room and the VCR in the classroom. This
VCR is locked up and you would need to pay 75$ for the use of the equipment
and $25.00 for someone to unlock the equipment.

What do you prefer?

Also is someone able to bottom line the equipment? I am out of the office as
of 2pm today.

Hope the movie goes well!
