As you know, the situation at Robertsville has experienced another  
twisty turn last week when Shabot Obaadjiwan signed an agreement with  
FVC and Ontario. On the other hand, we have received very positive  
news from the Supreme Court. I have appended the press release issued  
last night. Please circulate it to as many as you know.

We have created a web site where the latest news concerning our  
uranium resistance will be posted. Please sign up, since we will be  
sending messages through this site. I will keep this list going and  
use it to inform you of community events or emergency messages.
