  This is being issued at churches across Canada as of 13 April, 2008 - Please distribute this to members of the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada:
    A Communique from The International Human Rights Tribunal into Genocide in Canada (IHRTGC) to Members of the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada
  On Thursday, April 10, 2008, twenty eight Mass Graves of children who died in “Indian Residential Schools” run by your church were identified by our Tribunal to the Canadian media. Thirteen of these graves are located in British Columbia. Here are some facts:
    Mass Gravesites across Canada so far identified:
  Anglican: 4
  United Church: 9
  Roman Catholic: 13
  Average Annual Death rate in the residential schools: 40 – 60%
  Total number of children who died or disappeared in these schools (1890-1978): 50,000 plus (Source: Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples, 1997; www.hiddenfromhistory.org)
    By entering this church building today, and by donating money to this religious corporation, you are openly colluding with an institution guilty of crimes against humanity. Under international law, you have a responsibility not to do so.
    The International Human Rights Tribunal into Genocide in Canada (IHRTGC) has been convened to bring to justice those persons and institutions responsible for the deaths of these children, and for the tortures inflicted on survivors. The officials and clergy of your churches can and will be detained for questioning and possible trial for the death and disappearance of aboriginal children.
    We, the founding officers and judges of the IHRTGC, call upon you to refrain from associating with these church officials or from financially supporting this church, lest you be found guilty of aiding and abetting a party to a Crime Against Humanity.
