[Indigsol] IPSMO talk/next meeting

hi,

the talk went ok this sunday.  a bit long and disorganized.  still needs
lots of work.

several people also signed up to the mailing list and expressed interest
in getting involved in organizing.  they wanted to know when the next
meeting was, so we need to fix a date for this.  maybe we can talk at the
ward churchill event.
