The riseup.net list system is under sustained cyber attack, and IAC
technical experts are working on the solutions..We suspect it is due
to sustained criticism of Mr. Kejriwal recently on this list but we do
not rule out other sources either.

Hence we are shutting down the list for 48 hours and initiating backup
/ counter strategies to keep citizens fundamental right to information
/ free speech and expression intact

Please do not reply to this email, as it is sent from a backup list-server..

The counter-measures will include the following

a) Certain subscribers (we have a long list) who are identified as
email spammers by well known spam sites and gmail, will be ruthlessly
deleted from the list membership. They are advised to rejoin under a
new email ID if they wish to receive IAC#RG.emails. Or else they can
read emails posted at http://rti4citizens.blogspot.in

b) The moderation quality standards for emails circulated to our
25,000+ subscribers is being raised substantially with immediate
effect. Please improve the quality and content of your messages and
make sure you have something substantial to contribute - as it is very
expensive to circulate your emails to so many persons on our list.
Emails which are posted to / from other mailing lists will not be
circulated from now on.

c) The maximum number of emails sent from the list will be 10 per day
(preferably less).
