[IAC] Information sought under Right to Information Act 2005

An RTI filed without signature or thumb impression of applicant is
incomplete and PIO is not obliged to deal with it. On safer side it is
better to inform the applicant to correct the deficiency.

Anonymous complaints may be taken up as per departmental policy.
