[IAC] Wilful non-compliance of the orders of the Central Information Commission

Sir,
The following information was demanded:
I have come to know that vide 105/DPS/04/MIC/43159/PO/198719 dated  6 July
2010, a purchase has been made for an amount of Rs 4996628.00 from M/S Noki
Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. Please provide me the certified copy of
the complete file(s) containing all the documents related to this purchase.
