Thankfully the snow is gone and Spring has arrived...which means it's time to 
start thinking about what you're going to build in 2019!

I know that we will continue to enhance our beautiful 900 sq.ft. Cob Home, but 
we'll also be adding another cob wood shed or two...this year's winter taught me 
that you just can't have too much firewood on hand.

The wood shed we'll be building will have a luscious south-facing curve that 
will have a covered bench and an enclave for our delicious nectarine tree.

If we built it ourselves, it's a week-long project at 200 sq.ft.

But we're planning on sharing...which means it's time to announce our 2019 
line-up of Fast Cob! Natural Building Workshops:

  * *May 16-20 - Focusing on Finishing; Thursday to Monday over the May Long
    Weekend *
  * *July 6-13 - All the Basics: Fast Cob! from the Ground Up*
  * **August 10-17 *- All the Basics: Fast Cob! from the Ground Up***
  * **August 24-31 *- All the Basics: Fast Cob! from the Ground Up***

Last year, John made the Focusing-on-Finishing Workshop his introduction to Fast 
Cob!  Later in the Summer, he took an All-the-Basics course and let me know that 
the Finishing Workshop was a huge help...it made learning the Basics even easier 
and faster for him.  As a professional carpenter, he knows his way around 
building sites, and after only his second ever workshop, he declared that Fast 
Cob! is as fast as woodframe construction.

If you want to get a building up and complete this year, consider taking the May 
and July Workshops.  You'll have time to build and roof up to a 200 sq.ft. 
building with ease and on your own - this same year!  And it'll give you the 
tools and experience to put up your dream structure in one year next year.

All of our Workshops have limited space; we limit the numbers to ensure that
